Applications

1) You can make an application by completing the online application found under ‘Apply’ on the right-hand column of the AA Visiting School webpage (https://www.aaschool.ac.uk/academicprogrammes/visitingschool/stuttgart). If you are not able to make an online application, please contact the Visiting School Office for instructions to pay by bank transfer or by telephone.
2) Once you complete the online application and make a full payment, you are registered onto the programme. Please note that a deposit payment holds your place on the course but does not confirm it. A short motivational statement including prior architectural education is required.
3) Full scholarships are available to ABK students. Please contact the Programme Head for further information.
4) Early bird concessions of £595 are available, please submit your application by May 30

PLEASE NOTE:
This programme has a pandemic-proof strategy that will allow the programme to take place irrespective of the developments in the coming months with hybrid or remote work options in place for all participants should this become necessary. Please check this webpage for regular updates, if you have any specific questions related to this please feel free to contact the Visiting School Office.

Eligibility

The workshop is open to current architecture and design students, recent graduates and young professionals. A fluency in English is required, as this will be the communication language.
Software Requirements: Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino or Sketchup, CAD, PowerPoint

 

Credit Points:

The event is accredited with 3 credit points (ECTS).

Fees

The AA Visiting School requires a fee of £695 per participant which includes a £60 Visiting Membership fee.
£595 early bird discount, ending on June 1.
Fees do not include flights or accommodation, but accommodation options can be advised. Students need to bring their own laptops, digital equipment and model making tools.

Accommodation

Accommodation with local students can be provided free of charge. Please enquire with the Programme Head.
